The guest house is situated on the edge of the village of Liptovský Ján, just 1 km from the summer swimming pool, near the ski resort. It provides comfortable accommodation in two-, three-and four-bed rooms with extra beds and 1 apartment. Total capacity is 29 beds. Each room is standard equipped with SAT / TV and bathroom with separate toilet and shower, Wifi. The apartment is one bedroom (kitchen with sofa bed, living room with sleeping areas). The apartment is suitable for max. 4 adults or a family with children for max. 5 people. There is also available a dayroom with fireplace for 25 people with kids corner, kitchenette to prepare food for the youngest visitors (microwave, electric kettle and a fridge) and for comfort also children chair. Dayroom serves in summer months with a terrace as restaurant and bar. The fenced area is a playground with a sandpit, slide, trampoline, wooden swing and large lawns. For the youngest is prepared a kids corner with a lots of toys, children chair, children crib, and of course food is adapted to the needs and demands of your children. In summer months there is a pleasant sitting in the yard, a newly established MINI ZOO with ponies, sheep, rabbit, naughty goat and dogs. Parking is in a locked yard. Restaurant 50 m, shop 300 m, bus 300 m. Stay with pets is not allowed!
