The apartment houses are in Demanova, only 10 km from the biggest ski resort in Slovakia - Jasna-Chopok Low Tatras. Total capacity is 29 beds and 3 extra beds. There are 4 apartments and 6 rooms in two holiday houses with a spacious garden, a summer shelter, a barbecue terrace with outdoor seating (15-20 people) and fireplace (15-20 persons), a kids´ playground with a slide, a trampoline and a swing. Apartments: 3 x 2-bedroom apartment (5+1 persons), 1 x 1-bedroom apartment (4 persons). Each apartment equipped: living room with SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, bathroom with shower and toilet, wifi. Rooms: 6 x 2-bedroom each with own bathroom (toilet and shower), SAT-TV, wifi , refrigerator, electric kettle. Just next to the apartments there is a restaurant and as well a new and modern wellness with pool: 4 x different saunas, pool, tepidarium, 2 x Jacuzzi. The nearest grocery store is only 50 m from the apartments. Free parking. The nearest bus stop to the Liptovského Mikuláša and Jasna only 150m. Wood-coal for barbecue and wood for fireplace is not included in the price of accommodation.

Location of accommodation is an ideal starting point for the ski resort Jasna and as well to the town Liptovsky Mikulas and Tatralandia (the thermal pools, water slides and a sauna wellness world). In the apartments is a possibility to order a massage service, to use the Finnish sauna, which is located in the guest house. Nearby is a new and very nice wellness center with pool and as well many restaurants. Close to: Demanovska caves, thermal baths Tatralandia, Besenova (Gino Paradise) and Liptovsky Jan. Via Demanovska Valley leads a number of marked trails, starts from woody and rocky canyons along river Demanovka up to the top – highland with beautiful views of High Tatras and Liptov region, water sports at the lake Liptovska Mara, hiking mountain tracks in Low and West Tatras, bike parks and bike tracks, mountain bobsledge, Tarzania high ropes and more.
