On the ground floor is also a modern kitchen with exit to the garden, bathroom with massage shower and toilet. In winter the ground floor is heated by central or underfloor heating. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms 1 x 4, 1 x 2, 1 x 3 and a modern bathroom with bath and toilet.
