The guest house is located in Demanova - close to main road to Demanovska valley and ski resort Jasna – Low Tatras. The guest house consist of: 2 x apartments, 2 x studios and 1 x 3-bed room. The spacious apartments (max. capacity 4 +1 persons): the day room (1 x extra bed), 2 x double room, a bathroom with a toilet, refrigerator, TV / SAT and kettle. In the apartment is not available kitchen. The studio (max. capacity 4 persons): 2 x double room, bathroom with toilet. Triple room is with a fridge, kettle and bathroom with toilet. Available: TV-SAT, free wifi, a spacious garden, a summer shelter, a barbecue terrace with outdoor seating (15-20 people) and fireplace (15-20 persons), a kids´ playground with a slide, a trampoline and a swing. It is also possible to use a Finnish sauna, which is located just in the apartment house. In the complex there is restaurant as well. Right next to the guest house is a new and modern wellness: 4 x different saunas, pool, tepidarium, 2 x Jacuzzi. Parking is located next to the guest house - free of charge.

Location of accommodation is an ideal starting point for the ski resort Jasna and as well to the town Liptovsky Mikulas and Tatralandia (the thermal pools, water slides and a sauna wellness world). In the apartments is a possibility to order a massage service, to use the Finnish sauna, which is located in the guest house. Nearby is a new and very nice wellness center with pool and as well many restaurants. Close to: Demanovska caves, thermal baths Tatralandia, Besenova (Gino Paradise) and Liptovsky Jan. Via Demanovska Valley leads a number of marked trails, starts from woody and rocky canyons along river Demanovka up to the top – highland with beautiful views of High Tatras and Liptov region, water sports at the lake Liptovska Mara, hiking mountain tracks in Low and West Tatras, bike parks and bike tracks, mountain bobsledge, Tarzania high ropes and more.
